Gökçeada/ Imroz Museum
GÖKÇEADA KENT MÜZESİ// Gokceada/ Imroz Museum is a pocket size tiny regional museum which uncovers the history of Greek and Turkish islander. TEATI designed an annex building adjacent to a former historical Turkish bath, and draw out the museum circulation plans and concept design. In addition to the scenography depicting the economic life, fashion, education, daily life, and naval culture in the islan, artifacts and documentaries from traditional swordfish fishing, sponge diving, beekeeping, and soap production displayed in the museum. The total Site Area is 750 m2. Form balustrades to display cases, all the furniture are uniquely designed and detailed for the museum.
